This is also a one-day workshop that builds on the knowledge and skills developed in the first workshop.
Session 1: Giving motivational feedback.
Session 2: Giving "formative" feedback.
Session 3: Conducting a work improvement discussion.
Session 4: Counseling and disciplining.
Session 5: Conducting a termination discussion.

Training Design
The instructor uses a balance of lecture, group exercises, and practice sessions to introduce and reinforce knowledge and skills.
Both days of classroom instruction include individual and group exercises that stimulate real life application of skills taught.
The skills learned in this program give managers the techniques for solving operational problems such as inventory shrink. Most experts agree that when you effectively manage employees you actually prevent many problems from occurring in the first place . |
Scheduling Training
Each training day can be scheduled at different times to allow for the time demands of managers.
All class participant materials are provided. You provide the meeting room and a chart stand with pad and any other meeting room necessities.
Our training rate starts at $495 per training day plus travel expenses with a class size of 21 participants or less.
