The People Ivy Associates Inc. is an organization of training, E-Learning and convenience industry professionals. Most associates contribute as independent contractors having established themselves in their field of expertise. Their talents include instructional design and delivery, multimedia training development, publishing, learning management systems, Computer and Web based training design and implementation. Ivy Associates Inc. has designed and implemented a number of training programs & E-Learning solutions for several organizations in the convenience and fuel retailing industry.	Rick Gabardy, President Rick has 30 years of convenience industry experience in operations management and instructional design and delivery. Rick has held positions such as: Director of Training Instructional Delivery Manager Manager of HR Store Automation
Kerm Burley, Senior Performance Consultant Kerm's 25 years in Training and Development includes 20 years in the Convenience industry. Positions he has held include: Vice President of Human Resources Director of Training and Professional Development Kerm holds a Masters degree in Instructional Systems Design and has published two books on Human Resource topics and a recent third one on Improving Employee Performance. He is an accomplished classroom instructor having authored a number of training and development seminars and workshops.
Adam Gabardy, Director of Web Development Adam is an accomplished web developer with several years of information technology experience. Adam has managed a number of work projects from design to help support systems. His achievements have given him a reputation for reliability, creativity and problem-solving.
